Organizing That Goes Deeper Than Just “Tidy”
Neatsie began with a simple question from a coworker who had noticed how naturally I brought order to our workplace:
“Would you come help me organize my house?”
What I thought would be a quick favor became something much more meaningful. She had recently lost her husband, and every room in her home still reflected his presence. She didn’t just need help decluttering—she needed support as she reclaimed her home and began a new chapter.
Weekend after weekend, we worked through her home, one room at a time. As her home became more functional and manageable, I realized something that would shape the future of my career:
Professional organizing isn’t just about creating tidy spaces. It’s about helping people move forward with confidence, comfort, and peace of mind.
What began with helping one person create a more manageable space grew into Neatsie. Today, I bring that same patience and practical approach to each home, helping clients make decisions, build systems that fit their routines, and feel more at ease in their space.

About Raven
Raised in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, I learned early how powerful organization could be. As an only child helping my single mom manage our home, creating order became second nature—and eventually, a calling.
For more than 17 years, I’ve used those skills to bring structure and efficiency to both homes and businesses. I began my organizing business in 2019, inspired by the difference that helping my coworker made in her life. When COVID paused my career in dentistry, I had the opportunity to focus more fully on that work. In 2020, I formally established Neatsie, LLC, building the business around empathy, practical solutions, and personalized systems.
Today, I help individuals and families throughout San Antonio and surrounding communities create functional, organized homes. From everyday spaces to moves, nursery preparation, dorm setup, and senior transitions, my approach combines practical systems with patient, judgment-free support.
Clients often describe me as fast, thoughtful, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I’ve had the privilege of working with families navigating life transitions, seniors downsizing, busy professionals, growing families, and individuals simply looking for more peace and functionality in their homes.
After pausing Neatsie in 2022 due to pregnancy complications, I returned with an even greater appreciation for how an organized environment can reduce stress and support everyday life. That experience strengthened my commitment to helping others create spaces that bring clarity, confidence, and calm.
As a proud member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), I’m committed to continuing my education, following industry best practices, and providing every client with compassionate, professional service. To me, organizing has never been about achieving perfection—it’s about creating spaces that help people live with less stress and more joy.
